The Buddha had disclosed 28 numbers of Pure Properties which he named as Rupa in Describing the space.

2. Apo - Liquidity
3. Thejo – Temperature
4. Wayo – Pressure
5. Wanna - Colour
6. Gandha – Smell
7. Rasa - Taste
8. Oja (Ahara) – Livelihood
9. Shabda - Sound
10. Chakku Prasada – Sense of Colour
11. Sotha Prasada – Sense of Sound
12. Ghana Prasada – Sense of Smell
13. Jiwha Prasada – Sense of Taste
14. Kaya Prasada - Sense of touch
15. Wasthu Prasada – Sense of Knowing
16. Sthri Bhawa – Female Character
17. Purusha Bhawa – Male Character
18. Jeewitha – Function
19. Aksha – Void
20. Kayika Sannivedana – Physical Contact
21. Vachika Sannivedana – Audible Contact
22. Lahutha – Lightness
23. Mudutha – Softness
24. Kammagnutha – Readiness
25. Upachaya – Associativity
26. Santhathi – Continuity
27. Jara – Decay
28. Anichcha – Uncertainty
These properties exist in cohesive function either in responsive or in repulsive manner.
Such associated existences are composed with minimum of first 8 properties and could grow up to a maximum of 27 properties.
A group of such associative properties are called Rupa Kalapa and all groups are inclusive of first 8 properties.
The function of properties coming in association is called Sankara.
As There is no logic or a reason for Sankra, Buddha had named it Avijja-No Science.
Thus, he called it Avijja Pacchaya Sankara
